What PrimeCell is
Conventional wireless charging moves power across a few millimetres, which is why it charges phones and not infrastructure. PrimeCell is designed for the other case: to deliver power across working distances, to the monitoring points, instruments and machines that a cable was never going to reach economically.
Why this matters
A monitoring node costs tens of pounds. Installing it costs hundreds to thousands, because the cable needs a route, a containment, an isolation and sometimes an outage.
A battery turns a wiring job into a maintenance round: one technician visit per node, every few years, across thousands of nodes and hundreds of sites.
The economics stop the deployment before the engineering does. Whole classes of asset go uninstrumented — not because nobody knew what to measure, but because nobody could justify reaching it.
Applications
The same constraint appears on every estate EntergaiaOS monitors, wearing a different uniform each time. These are the specific places the cable is the blocker — and therefore where wireless delivery changes what can be measured.

Tower compounds carry dozens of sensors on copper that corrodes, gets stolen, and costs more to install than the sensor it feeds. PrimeCell powers those nodes from the tower itself — no trenching, no containment, nothing worth stealing.

A working face moves; cable does not. PrimeCell powers monitoring nodes on advancing and vibrating plant, removing both the cable run and the battery-change trip into a live drive.

Cable fatigues on anything that moves, so the assets most worth instrumenting are the ones hardest to reach. PrimeCell powers nodes on rotating and reciprocating plant with nothing to flex and nothing to fail.

Right-of-way instrumentation runs on batteries and a maintenance visit per node. PrimeCell holds those nodes charged from a station or a mast, turning a recurring field trip into a fixed asset.

Cable fatigue on moving cranes defeats quayside sensing more reliably than anything else on a terminal. PrimeCell powers nodes on gantries with no umbilical to break, which is why quayside is one of the clearest cases for wireless delivery anywhere on an estate.

PrimeCell is not a transmitter looking for a use. Every powered machine is identified, its condition understood, its energy relationship metered and its data returned — which is precisely what EntergaiaOS already does for critical power today.
Safety
PrimeCell uses a hardware-enforced safety architecture. Final authority over every delivery sits in dedicated hardware, not in software. Our platform witnesses and records what that hardware does — it never energises, and it cannot override it.
That separation is the same one EntergaiaOS already enforces across every asset class it monitors: the platform observes, the interlock decides. It is what makes a safety case arguable, and it is designed in from the start rather than retrofitted after a customer asks.
Working together
PrimeCell partners are infrastructure operators who want the measurement their estate cannot currently reach. The relationship starts with the value EntergaiaOS returns on the infrastructure you already own, and builds from there.
Partners deploy EntergaiaOS across their existing critical power infrastructure and get the operational return from that on its own terms. The intelligence layer is the same one PrimeCell is built on, so the first step stands on its own.
We work through your estate to find the measurement points that never got instrumented because reaching them could not be justified. That map is what the wireless deployment is then built against.
Wireless delivery is introduced against those points first, governed end to end by EntergaiaOS — identified, metered, evidenced and measured against the wired baseline already held for that site.
